Northwest Osteopathic Medical Foundation Regional Scholarships

The Northwest Osteopathic Medical Foundation is a public charitable organization serving the people of the Pacific Northwest by proving resources for various programs to help improve the health of the community and promote a greater understanding of the distinctive aspects of the osteopathic medical profession.

Since 1986, the Foundation has awarded 463 scholarships worth over $1,413,150 in total. The Foundation’s Scholarship Program was established to help defray some of the costs of osteopathic medical school. The Foundation believes that investing in the future of osteopathic medicine in the Pacific Northwest starts by supporting today’s osteopathic medical students. The Foundation’s scholarship programs are primarily intended to help students from Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington who are committed to practicing primary care in the Pacific Northwest.
